Best student oral presentation for Alberto Della Torreat ANZCOP 2019, Melbourne, Australia

The prize for the best student presentation at ANZCOP 2019, was awarded to Alberto Della Torre, PhD student of the i-LUM team, for his oral presentation entitled “"Mid-infrared supercontinuum generation in hybrid chalcogenide/silicon-germanium waveguides".

The OSA-AOS (Optical Society of America and Australian Optical Society) prize for the best student oral presentation at ANZCOP (The Australian and New Zealand Conferences on Optics and Photonics) 2019 in Melbourne, Australia, was awarded to Alberto Della Torre, PhD student of the i-LUM team, for his presentation entitled “”Mid-infrared supercontinuum generation in hybrid chalcogenide/silicon-germanium waveguides”. The presentation summarized the work conducted by the “Mid-infrared” group (C. Grillet, C. Monat, M. Sinobad, A. Della Torre, R. Armand) in collaboration with CEA-LETI and the french-australian consortium LIA-ALPHFA (International Associated Laboratory in photonics between France and Australia).

Work realized in collaboration with CEA-LETI (J-M. Fedeli) and the International Associated Laboratory in photonics between France and Australia (ALPhFA).
